Kyle Busch wins and leads a Joe Gibbs Racing 1-2-3 finish in the Boyd Gaming 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Busch led 199 of the 200 laps in his #18 NOS Energy drink Toyota Camry to claim his 78th career win in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.  This was the first win for both Joe Gibbs and Kyle Busch in the NASCAR Xfinity Series at Las Vegas.  With this win Kyle Busch has raced in 2 Xfinity Series races this season and managed to get to Victory Lane in both appearances this season. He makes his 3rd start of the season next week at Pheonix.

With 63 laps to go 25- Cody Ware spun in turn 2 and backed his Camero into the wall and Darrell Wallace Jr. clipped the front end of Ware’s car sending him out of control and slid into the path of the 42- Justin Marks who made contact with the door of the #6 Ford of Darrell Wallace Jr..  The accident would bring out a red flag.

All in all, there were 3 Cautions for 14 laps.  2 leaders in the race the other leader being Darrell Wallace Jr. who led 1 lap under an exchange of green flag pit stops right a the 1/4 point of the race.  There were only 2 lead changes but after lap 57 nobody saw anything but the tail lights on Kyle Busch’s #18 NOS Energy Drink Camry.

We will see if next week Kyle Busch can keep streak alive in the Xfinity Series at Pheonix.
